Welcome to our little piece of paradise located near the Gulf of Mexico. This newly built 3 bedroom 2 and half bath home is located just a short 3 minute walk to the white sandy beach. 

On the main level you will find the primary bedroom with a King bed.  The primary bathroom has a  soaking tub along with an oversized walk in shower.  The home features a true chef's kitchen with all the amenities to entertain. There is a wet bar area located off the kitchen that includes a beverage and wine fridge along with an icemaker. Additionally, there is a  laundry room and a half bath located on this level.

Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms. The first has a King bed with a large closet. The second bedroom located upstairs has two queen beds and a  55 inch tv. This bedroom has an ocean view. (at this time I am considering adding additional sleeping to this room given its size) There is a full bath with walk in shower located on this floor.

Located outside is  a very large screened front porch perfect to sit and enjoy the breeze and the sounds of the ocean.  At night I find myself sitting  and star gazing.  After a day on the beach , there is a private outdoor shower with a bench to rinse the sand and worries away.  There is also a grill located in the back if you are feeling inspired to  sauce it up and grill it down.

Whether you are feeling a little Jimmy Buffett or in the mood to watch an action movie, this home is equipped to handle your enterainment needs. There is a full surround system with speakers located in all the rooms on the main level and outside.
